When I watched the show I wasn’t a fan of Holly but following her on social media I became a fan through her love for Disney, HP, and spooky things. Truthfully I didn’t know reality TV was THIS scripted. I often found myself unable to stop reading this book and haven’t finished a book this fast in years.

I actually loved this book!!!

I wasn’t sure about this book at first. I mean it was a prior playboy model writing a book. Enough said, right!? Wrong! The reason why Holly Madison was the first in line of the “Girlfriend’s of Heff” was because she was smart and she was fast, and witty, relatable, and a fantastic person. She was always great to watch on “The Girls Next Door” with the other 2 ladies. After that show I had always hoped she would do great things. And of course she didn’t disappoint. She became relevant and she became a star all on her own! So she isn’t just another Playboy Model! She is much much more and I am so happy that she wrote this book about the Mansion Days and Beyond! I promise you will not be able to put it down like I was unable to! Thank You Holly for writing this book and can’t wait to read the next one!

Shocking and extremely detailed

This book was so detailed and precise to a tea. I couldn’t put it down (and I don’t normally make reviews). Holly addresses almost every headline/rumor addressed in the media about her life, loves, and “friends” (aside from Bridget). She holds nothing back. There were parts in the book I read cringing to myself, “Did she really just say that”. Her ability to showcase herself with such a raw persona allows her readers to connect to her struggles making her a character to root for almost in a fairytale but in the sense of a cold harsh reality.

I had wanted for a while to read this book and I could not be happier with the purchase. So many things make sense to me now. I had NO IDEA her life at the mansion was so terrible. Holly always, and still does, came across a genuine person with an incredibly kind soul. Shame on all those people who treated her badly. It literally brought tears to my eyes while reading the end that I had to keep stopping to clean my eyes because I couldn’t see the words clearly! I am so happy this beautiful woman found her happily ever after. She sure deserved it!

Any thought that Hugh Hefner was instrumental in the empowerment of women is shut down by this book. Maybe in theory but bottom line- creepy old man. I can’t believe I’m at the end and finished. I may re-read just to relive the adventure. I could see everything as I read. I laughed, maybe shed some tears, I felt for Holly and wished I could have been there as a shoulder to cry on. I know how she must have felt. And the Girls Next Door was popular because of the girls in it! Not Hef. It was never his. I wish all the best to Holly and her family. You Cinderella, have found your happiness. I hope more happiness comes your way. And I hope you see this review. This book is worth buying and was worth the wait for me to buy. I’m sad i finished reading it! Book kept me intrigued but I felt she jumped around a lot. The excessive use of exclamation points got a little annoying. She talks about how she was bullied by these women but also puts them down in her own way. Her struggles and accomplishments are empowering, however.

Although the book did hold my interest it is obviously this woman is just trying to repair her image. Obviously she can't keep friends and her passive aggressive comments about everyone in the book only confirmed that for me. But, I have to give her credit.....she got what she wanted. Really would of had more respect for her if she had just been honest and said "yeah, I slept with this old man for fame and fortune.

I remember watching the GND when I was a lot younger, it was one of my favorite shows. After reading this book I watched GND episodes I haven't seen in years, I picked up on things that Holly pointed out in her book. I really didn't think I would enjoy the book as much as I did but I thought it was great. I couldn't put it down, I finished it within about two days.

This was an okay book I suppose. I was thinking it would be juicer but it was kind of dull. I even found misspellings. "A week letter I received a letter from Hef reprimanding...." It shows page 904 of my iBooks, not sure where it would be in the actual book. But learn how to spell Holly!! 😳

Finished this book in two days, really makes you realize that fame and fortune might not be as glamorous as it seems. Being from Oregon myself it's almost like every girls dream and her story makes you revaluate what you want out of life.

I loved this biography. It was a fun book to read. I felt like I was on an adventure with Holly and I not only enjoyed The Girls Next Door but I'm also very excited that her dreams finally came through. Worst Book Ever

This entire book was about Holly feeling bad for herself. She takes absolutely no responsibility for her life and the steps she's taken to end up where she is. Hef took advantage and abused her, the girls were mean bullies and Holly was the sweetest thing being pushed around and abused by everyone but never ever leaving because she was trapped. Grow up. You had no problem accepting all your girls next door paychecks. If you don't like your life, change it. Stop blaming everyone else.

I wasn’t sure about this book at first. I mean it was a prior playboy model writing a book. Enough said, right!? Wrong! The reason why Holly Madison was the first in line of the “Girlfriend’s of Heff” was because she was smart and she was fast, and witty, relatable, and a fantastic person. She was always great to watch on “The Girls Next Door” with the other 2 ladies. After that show I had always hoped she would do great things. And of course she didn’t disappoint. She became relevant and she became a star all on her own! So she isn’t just another Playboy Model! She is much much more and I am so happy that she wrote this book about the Mansion Days and Beyond! I promise you will not be able to put it down like I was unable to! Thank You Holly for writing this book and can’t wait to read the next one!

Shocking and extremely detailed

This book was so detailed and precise to a tea. I couldn’t put it down (and I don’t normally make reviews). Holly addresses almost every headline/rumor addressed in the media about her life, loves, and “friends” (aside from Bridget). She holds nothing back. There were parts in the book I read cringing to myself, “Did she really just say that”. Her ability to showcase herself with such a raw persona allows her readers to connect to her struggles making her a character to root for almost in a fairytale but in the sense of a cold harsh reality.

I had wanted for a while to read this book and I could not be happier with the purchase. So many things make sense to me now. I had NO IDEA her life at the mansion was so terrible. Holly always, and still does, came across a genuine person with an incredibly kind soul. Shame on all those people who treated her badly. It literally brought tears to my eyes while reading the end that I had to keep stopping to clean my eyes because I couldn’t see the words clearly! Although the book did hold my interest it is obviously this woman is just trying to repair her image. Obviously she can't keep friends and her passive aggressive comments about everyone in the book only confirmed that for me. But, I have to give her credit.....she got what she wanted. I remember watching the GND when I was a lot younger, it was one of my favorite shows. After reading this book I watched GND episodes I haven't seen in years, I picked up on things that Holly pointed out in her book. I really didn't think I would enjoy the book as much as I did but I thought it was great. I couldn't put it down, I finished it within about two days.

Worst Book Ever

This entire book was about Holly feeling bad for herself. She takes absolutely no responsibility for her life and the steps she's taken to end up where she is. Hef took advantage and abused her, the girls were mean bullies and Holly was the sweetest thing being pushed around and abused by everyone but never ever leaving because she was trapped. Grow up. You had no problem accepting all your girls next door paychecks. If you don't like your life, change it. Stop blaming everyone else.

I wasn’t sure about this book at first. I mean it was a prior playboy model writing a book. Enough said, right!? Wrong! The reason why Holly Madison was the first in line of the “Girlfriend’s of Heff” was because she was smart and she was fast, and witty, relatable, and a fantastic person. She was always great to watch on “The Girls Next Door” with the other 2 ladies. After that show I had always hoped she would do great things. And of course she didn’t disappoint. She became relevant and she became a star all on her own! So she isn’t just another Playboy Model! She is much much more and I am so happy that she wrote this book about the Mansion Days and Beyond! I promise you will not be able to put it down like I was unable to! Thank You Holly for writing this book and can’t wait to read the next one!

This book was so detailed and precise to a tea. I couldn’t put it down (and I don’t normally make reviews). Holly addresses almost every headline/rumor addressed in the media about her life, loves, and “friends” (aside from Bridget). She holds nothing back. There were parts in the book I read cringing to myself, “Did she really just say that”. Her ability to showcase herself with such a raw persona allows her readers to connect to her struggles making her a character to root for almost in a fairytale but in the sense of a cold harsh reality.

I had wanted for a while to read this book and I could not be happier with the purchase. So many things make sense to me now. I had NO IDEA her life at the mansion was so terrible. Holly always, and still does, came across a genuine person with an incredibly kind soul. Shame on all those people who treated her badly. It literally brought tears to my eyes while reading the end that I had to keep stopping to clean my eyes because I couldn’t see the words clearly! Book kept me intrigued but I felt she jumped around a lot. The excessive use of exclamation points got a little annoying. She talks about how she was bullied by these women but also puts them down in her own way. Her struggles and accomplishments are empowering, however.

Although the book did hold my interest it is obviously this woman is just trying to repair her image. Obviously she can't keep friends and her passive aggressive comments about everyone in the book only confirmed that for me. But, I have to give her credit.....she got what she wanted. Really would of had more respect for her if she had just been honest and said "yeah, I slept with this old man for fame and fortune.

I remember watching the GND when I was a lot younger, it was one of my favorite shows. After reading this book I watched GND episodes I haven't seen in years, I picked up on things that Holly pointed out in her book. I really didn't think I would enjoy the book as much as I did but I thought it was great. I couldn't put it down, I finished it within about two days.

Worst Book Ever

This entire book was about Holly feeling bad for herself. She takes absolutely no responsibility for her life and the steps she's taken to end up where she is. Hef took advantage and abused her, the girls were mean bullies and Holly was the sweetest thing being pushed around and abused by everyone but never ever leaving because she was trapped. Grow up. You had no problem accepting all your girls next door paychecks. If you don't like your life, change it. Stop blaming everyone else.

When I watched the show I wasn’t a fan of Holly but following her on social media I became a fan through her love for Disney, HP, and spooky things. Truthfully I didn’t know reality TV was THIS scripted. I often found myself unable to stop reading this book and haven’t finished a book this fast in years.

I actually loved this book!!!

I wasn’t sure about this book at first. I mean it was a prior playboy model writing a book. Enough said, right!? Wrong! The reason why Holly Madison was the first in line of the “Girlfriend’s of Heff” was because she was smart and she was fast, and witty, relatable, and a fantastic person. She was always great to watch on “The Girls Next Door” with the other 2 ladies. After that show I had always hoped she would do great things. And of course she didn’t disappoint. She became relevant and she became a star all on her own! So she isn’t just another Playboy Model! She is much much more and I am so happy that she wrote this book about the Mansion Days and Beyond! I promise you will not be able to put it down like I was unable to! Thank You Holly for writing this book and can’t wait to read the next one!

Shocking and extremely detailed

This book was so detailed and precise to a tea. I couldn’t put it down (and I don’t normally make reviews). Holly addresses almost every headline/rumor addressed in the media about her life, loves, and “friends” (aside from Bridget). She holds nothing back. There were parts in the book I read cringing to myself, “Did she really just say that”. Her ability to showcase herself with such a raw persona allows her readers to connect to her struggles making her a character to root for almost in a fairytale but in the sense of a cold harsh reality.

I had wanted for a while to read this book and I could not be happier with the purchase. So many things make sense to me now. I had NO IDEA her life at the mansion was so terrible. Holly always, and still does, came across a genuine person with an incredibly kind soul. Shame on all those people who treated her badly. It literally brought tears to my eyes while reading the end that I had to keep stopping to clean my eyes because I couldn’t see the words clearly! I am so happy this beautiful woman found her happily ever after. She sure deserved it!

Any thought that Hugh Hefner was instrumental in the empowerment of women is shut down by this book. Maybe in theory but bottom line- creepy old man. I can’t believe I’m at the end and finished. I may re-read just to relive the adventure. I could see everything as I read. I laughed, maybe shed some tears, I felt for Holly and wished I could have been there as a shoulder to cry on. I know how she must have felt. And the Girls Next Door was popular because of the girls in it! Not Hef. It was never his. I wish all the best to Holly and her family. You Cinderella, have found your happiness. I hope more happiness comes your way. And I hope you see this review. This book is worth buying and was worth the wait for me to buy. I’m sad i finished reading it! Book kept me intrigued but I felt she jumped around a lot. The excessive use of exclamation points got a little annoying. She talks about how she was bullied by these women but also puts them down in her own way. Her struggles and accomplishments are empowering, however.

Although the book did hold my interest it is obviously this woman is just trying to repair her image. Obviously she can't keep friends and her passive aggressive comments about everyone in the book only confirmed that for me. But, I have to give her credit.....she got what she wanted. Really would of had more respect for her if she had just been honest and said "yeah, I slept with this old man for fame and fortune.

I remember watching the GND when I was a lot younger, it was one of my favorite shows. After reading this book I watched GND episodes I haven't seen in years, I picked up on things that Holly pointed out in her book. I really didn't think I would enjoy the book as much as I did but I thought it was great. I couldn't put it down, I finished it within about two days.

This was an okay book I suppose. I was thinking it would be juicer but it was kind of dull. I even found misspellings. "A week letter I received a letter from Hef reprimanding...." It shows page 904 of my iBooks, not sure where it would be in the actual book. But learn how to spell Holly!! 😳

I loved this biography. It was a fun book to read. I felt like I was on an adventure with Holly and I not only enjoyed The Girls Next Door but I'm also very excited that her dreams finally came through. Worst Book Ever

This entire book was about Holly feeling bad for herself. She takes absolutely no responsibility for her life and the steps she's taken to end up where she is. Hef took advantage and abused her, the girls were mean bullies and Holly was the sweetest thing being pushed around and abused by everyone but never ever leaving because she was trapped. Grow up. You had no problem accepting all your girls next door paychecks. If you don't like your life, change it. Stop blaming everyone else.

I’ve always been so intrigued by watching the girls next door and following the girls afterwards. It was so nice to know what being in your 20’s during the pivotal time or being thin with big boobs and strutting your body was like. Very well written and makes me respect Holly more!

I actually loved this book!!!

I wasn’t sure about this book at first. I mean it was a prior playboy model writing a book. Enough said, right!? Wrong! The reason why Holly Madison was the first in line of the “Girlfriend’s of Heff” was because she was smart and she was fast, and witty, relatable, and a fantastic person. She was always great to watch on “The Girls Next Door” with the other 2 ladies. After that show I had always hoped she would do great things. And of course she didn’t disappoint. She became relevant and she became a star all on her own! So she isn’t just another Playboy Model! She is much much more and I am so happy that she wrote this book about the Mansion Days and Beyond! I promise you will not be able to put it down like I was unable to! Thank You Holly for writing this book and can’t wait to read the next one!

Shocking and extremely detailed

This book was so detailed and precise to a tea. I couldn’t put it down (and I don’t normally make reviews). Holly addresses almost every headline/rumor addressed in the media about her life, loves, and “friends” (aside from Bridget). She holds nothing back. There were parts in the book I read cringing to myself, “Did she really just say that”. Her ability to showcase herself with such a raw persona allows her readers to connect to her struggles making her a character to root for almost in a fairytale but in the sense of a cold harsh reality.

I had wanted for a while to read this book and I could not be happier with the purchase. So many things make sense to me now. I had NO IDEA her life at the mansion was so terrible. Holly always, and still does, came across a genuine person with an incredibly kind soul. Shame on all those people who treated her badly. It literally brought tears to my eyes while reading the end that I had to keep stopping to clean my eyes because I couldn’t see the words clearly! I am so happy this beautiful woman found her happily ever after. She sure deserved it!

Any thought that Hugh Hefner was instrumental in the empowerment of women is shut down by this book. Maybe in theory but bottom line- creepy old man. I laughed, maybe shed some tears, I felt for Holly and wished I could have been there as a shoulder to cry on. I know how she must have felt. And the Girls Next Door was popular because of the girls in it! Not Hef. It was never his. I wish all the best to Holly and her family. You Cinderella, have found your happiness. I hope more happiness comes your way. And I hope you see this review. This book is worth buying and was worth the wait for me to buy. I’m sad i finished reading it! Book kept me intrigued but I felt she jumped around a lot. The excessive use of exclamation points got a little annoying. She talks about how she was bullied by these women but also puts them down in her own way. Her struggles and accomplishments are empowering, however.

Although the book did hold my interest it is obviously this woman is just trying to repair her image. Obviously she can't keep friends and her passive aggressive comments about everyone in the book only confirmed that for me. But, I have to give her credit.....she got what she wanted. Really would of had more respect for her if she had just been honest and said "yeah, I slept with this old man for fame and fortune.

I remember watching the GND when I was a lot younger, it was one of my favorite shows. After reading this book I watched GND episodes I haven't seen in years, I picked up on things that Holly pointed out in her book. I really didn't think I would enjoy the book as much as I did but I thought it was great. I couldn't put it down, I finished it within about two days.

This was an okay book I suppose. I was thinking it would be juicer but it was kind of dull. I even found misspellings. "A week letter I received a letter from Hef reprimanding...." It shows page 904 of my iBooks, not sure where it would be in the actual book. But learn how to spell Holly!! 😳

I loved this biography. It was a fun book to read. I felt like I was on an adventure with Holly and I not only enjoyed The Girls Next Door but I'm also very excited that her dreams finally came through. Maybe her next book with share her life with her husband and Rainbow. Hope they all continue to live the real fairy tale and maybe someday she, Kendra and Bridget can become friends again.

Worst Book Ever

This entire book was about Holly feeling bad for herself. She takes absolutely no responsibility for her life and the steps she's taken to end up where she is. Hef took advantage and abused her, the girls were mean bullies and Holly was the sweetest thing being pushed around and abused by everyone but never ever leaving because she was trapped. Grow up. You had no problem accepting all your girls next door paychecks. If you don't like your life, change it. Stop blaming everyone else.

I use to watch these girls all the time and I even watched her show. So I just HAD to read this! I actually listened to her audio book and it was in her voice! When I watched the show I wasn’t a fan of Holly but following her on social media I became a fan through her love for Disney, HP, and spooky things. Truthfully I didn’t know reality TV was THIS scripted. I often found myself unable to stop reading this book and haven’t finished a book this fast in years.
